Natural Homemade Shampoo for Good Hair

All of us desire for healthy and shiny hair. If you eliminate stress from your lives, eat a well-balanced diet and have plenty of water, your skin and hair will radiate a healthy glow. The first step towards great-looking hair is to keep it clean and well nourished both from inside and outside.

Apart from this, it is very important to use a good shampoo and conditioner for your hair. Most commercial products remove natural oils from the scalp. The myriad of synthetic products most often in these commercial products artificially coat the hair with protein polymers, which can make the hair rough and damaged. Homemade shampoos on the other hand are safe to use, healthy, inexpensive and extremely good for your hair! Let’s have a look at this DIY homemade shampoo:

Natural Homemade Shampoo:

Pamper your hair with this easy-to-make homemade shampoo:

Ingredients:
-        1/2 cup distilled water.
-        1/4 liquid castile soap
-        2 tsp avocado oil
-        1/8 tsp peppermint essential oil
-        1/8 tsp tea tree essential oil
-        1 tsp vegetable glycerine
-        10 – 15 drops of essential oils

Essential Oils can be added for fragrance. Mix all the above ingredients and store them in a bottle. You could also re-use an old shampoo bottle. Shake well before use. While using, pour small amounts on your scalp. Lather well, and enjoy healthy hair. Also, for best results do a hair detox before shifting to natural shampoo. This will get rid of all the chemicals, and give your hair great shine and texture.
After hair wash, you could also use yogurt and egg conditioner for your hair. This natural conditioner is excellent for dry and damaged hair, and is known to promote hair growth and thickness.
